Morelli Bucatini contains the wheat germ, the heart of the grain, this contains naturally occurring vitamins and proteins. Because of this unique feature the pasta water will take on a slight green hue. This pasta is dried for 36 hours at no more than 45-50C (115-122F), this helps the pasta maintain its deeply-rooted taste and nutrition properties. This noodle is long, thin and tubular; while the name stems from the word “buco” meaning hole.
